Amelia is from Naples, Italy and moved to Luxembourg in 2012. She defines herself as curious, eclectic, and open-minded. She is passionate about communication, history, theatre, music and good food. She began as a contributor for Passaparola, an Italian magazine in Luxembourg, back in 2012. She has been a radio speaker for Radio Ara and the President and Co-founder of Il Sipario Asbl, an Italian cultural association well-known for planning theatre shows and cultural events in Luxembourg.

Emmy is passionate about birth, parenting and all things 'mummy'. Especially trying to combine this with her ethos of living ecologically, consciously and closer to nature. Taking minimalism and simple living to another level, she constructed an eco-friendly Tiny House and has been living in less than 30m2 with her other half and their toddler since 2017. She is currently retraining to become a Breastfeeding Counselor to support English-speaking families in Luxembourg and is excited for this new venture in her career.
Esmee Chengapen
Esmée was born to parents who made their goal in life to improve the world through social justice, sustainable living, yoga, and community support. In her 20s, Esmée decided to fly high in the corporate world and forget her parents' legacy "of hugging trees" but was called back to it in her 30s. She decided to study counselling which was followed by a MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy in the decade that followed. She has been busy setting-up her psychotherapy practice in Luxembourg in the last few years.

I go to the European School Lux 2 where I am forced to learn maths (yuck). Lisa burst onto the scene in Luxembourg in 2014 after a long stint near Boston. She started a successful singing career with a little ditty in Kindergarten but hit Wall Street instead of Broadway until she took on her life's best job - parenting two active boys. I'm not the typical Fitness Trainer. I'm not into crazy training regimes or fad diets. My philosophy is simple: to get fit you need to find an activity you love, that fits into your schedule! After struggling with my own weight, I found boxing and it changed my mind and my body. I’ve now been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 13 years and I wouldn’t do anything else. Needing gainful employment, she worked as a television producer in Los Angeles until she met her British husband in a seedy beach bar. Miriam has over ten years of experience working in museums and galleries in the UK. With a specialism in historic fashion and textiles, she has worked with all kinds of museum collections, from taxidermy to toffee wrapping machines. She relocated to Luxembourg in 2011 and can often be found route marching her children through one of the local history museums, worksheets in hand.

She created the Luxembourg Meet Greet and Discover Group in order to introduce every aspect of Luxembourg to our international guests. Sundeep met his wife while reading Catch 22 on the beach in India and like the main character, he risks his life on a daily basis raising his two boys even though he knows his mission is useless as the kids have won the war. Now a Luxembourger, he scored the lowest possible score on the listening test and as his wife can confirm, he is unable to listen in any of the four languages he’s mastered.

Vaish is a product marketer by day and a freelance writer by nigh.
