atlântico Festival Happening This Week

Get ready for 9 days of great music and company at the atlântico festival!

atlântico will be hosting several events featuring music from the Lusophone world, as well as workshops and exhibits! Over the course of the festival, there will be an amazing lineup with a variety of music and artists.

The artists who will be performing include… 

António Zambujo  – Portuguese singer-songwriter

Rodrigo Amado –  jazz saxophonist

Aldina – fado singer 

Dom La Nena – Brazilian singer 

Joana Gama and Luís Fernandes – the duo between piano and electronics

Following the concert, there will be an exhibit done by Victor Gama, a famous artist who builds instruments. He will be bringing his instruments to Luxembourg and displaying them in the foyer of the Philharmonie from 1 October to 9 October. This exhibit can be seen between 12:00 and 14:00. 

You can even put your musical skills to the test by attending a workshop instructed by artist Victor Gama! You will learn how to play some of Victor Gama’s very own instruments as well as learn about the story behind them. 

The exhibit is free entry, and the workshop price is €10 for children and €15 for adults. Snag your tickets quick for an fabulous, musical experience!
