Beet & Seed: A Holy Grail for All Things Plant-Based

On a sunny afternoon, we wanted light and fresh lunch so we decided on Beet. Beet has a selection of conscious, local, vegan food. And the even better thing… it tastes amazing too! Their current menu includes a selection of soups, falafel, pastas, and artfully crafted burgers that will not disappoint. 

We recommend the Bao Bun Jackfruit. A perfectly seasoned jackfruit on a Bao Bun complete with a side salad and you cannot forget the sweet potato fries! This sandwich is reminiscent of one of our favorite BBQ classics. 

While you’re at Beet, don’t miss their sister bar Seed Cafe. It’s a cocktail bar & cafe filled with fresh juices and vibrant cocktail combinations.  My favorite part about Seed is that you can order Beet main dishes to your terrace table in the sun!
