Rockhal Test Concerts- A Night that Feels Normal

by Brynn Pierce

I don’t know about you, but after being trapped at home for almost a year I am ready for some live music. Luckily the Rockhal is trying to make all music lover’s dreams come true. The Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette will be hosting a series of five live test concerts under the theme “Because Music Matters”.

The concerts will run from February 10th-14th on a 360 degrees stage giving the small concerts of up to 100 people the same energy of a concert of a thousand.

The concerts have extra safety measures put in place to make this happen. Physical distancing and masks are a given but the purchase of a “Because Music Matters” ticket also comes with a Covid test before and 7 days after the concert.

The program includes everything from jazz to metal so there is something for everybody. While the food corner and bar will be closed, grabbing take out with your friends before or after will make it feel like a night out pre-Covid.

Click on the Rockhal’s website to get the rundown on Covid measures, purchase tickets and learn more about the artists. Book soon with 3 of your closest friends or a special someone for a Valentine’s date!

February 10th- Mezerg, piano-tech concert

February 11th- Cleveland, electro-house concert in the dark

February 13th- Fusion Bomb, metal concert
