Kids Run – Yuppi-Mini-Kulturlaf (Booking required)
Yuppi Mini-run for kids (500m or 1km) as well as sports workshops. You do not have to be registered with a sports club to participate. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the race so that you can warm up. In your first participation you will receive a passport. For each run you get a stamp on your passport. Cactus donates € 1 to Fondatioun Kriibkskrank Kanner for each stamp in your passport.

The Discover Luxembourg concept was initiated in 2008 as an annual one-day event. Teams of 4 will have the chance to walk either the 5-6km route (appropriate for families with buggies) or the 8-10km route around the city of Luxembourg and its suburbs. Along the course participants will be able to discover different aspects of Luxembourg as well as undertake various challenges where they can earn points to win prizes.

Butschebuerger Buergfest – Medieval Festival

Vianden Castle Paper Days
This weekend Vianden Castle is all about paper. The popular material is the focus of numerous demonstrations. In addition to selling valuable and antique books, a varied program awaits visitors. Younger visitors can immerse themselves in the world of paper in various workshops.

Summer Sports Activities at the Kinnekswiss and Trampolines at Merl Park

Open Days Train 1900
This event is for all lovers of historic trains and it takes place in Fond-de-Gras, the Mecca of industrial and railway heritage in Luxembourg. For its traditional open day, Train 1900 three steam locomotives will travel between Pétange Fond-de-Gras and Rodange. The first train, diesel train, will depart at 11.00am from Pier TRAIN 1900 Pétange. There will be demonstrations of forge work and free guided tours.
