HOЯS CIЯCUITS | AEROWAVES SPECIAL EDITION

From 3^rd to 5^th September 2015, the TROIS C-L, member of the Aerowaves – Dance across Europe network, and neimënster, got together, for three consecutive nights, to present the public of the Greater Region with captivating creations, packed with originality from several Aerowaves approved dance companies. With eight invited choreographic pieces and the screening of a video-dance, this key moment for dance in Europe showcased today’s choreographic creations in terms of diversity and richness!

CALL ALICE

Two women, both dancers, both the same age, are said to bear a remarkable physical resemblance. At first they have no idea about each other, perhaps they have just heard that everyone has a double somewhere. Is it possible to find answers through another person? What allows us to identify and connect with others and ourselves? Tereza Ondrová and Francesca Foscarini take us on a journey between documentary and intimate statement, the body and personal experience.

OPEN DRIFT

Two beings float in the open water, approaching each other, letting the currents decide their next destination. Aware of their destiny, but assertive and resolute in their orientation, they seem determined to make the most of the encounter. They know that they are together by chance, but also that for this brief moment they are the only witnesses to each other’s existence, before moving away and transforming for the better.
