Pick 1- Mio & Mio

Mio & Mio has amazing gluten free pizza and gnocchi. They have two locations; one in Bertrange and the other in Differdange. We recently tried the vegetarian gluten-free pizza, without cheese (so yes it was also vegan) and it was perfect! The staff are friendly; it’s a great place for an easy meal!

Address: 80, route de Longwy, L- 8060 Bertrange (@City Concorde)/ 1 Boulevard emile krieps, 4530 Differdange (Opkorn Mall)

Pick 2- Matelots

A french gastropub with plenty of options for everyone, including those with Celiac. Matelots offers Buckwheat crepes and various other french classics sure to please everyone. Make sure to try the buckwheat pancakes!

Pick 3- Naturalia

While many grocery stores have gluten-free options, Naturalia has the best gluten free section we’ve found yet. They have everything from pasta to chocolate croissants and lots of vegan and health food options as well. They have locations all over Luxembourg, so be sure to check them out!

Pick 4- Marguerite’s Bakery

Marguerite’s Bakery is a true hidden gem. They are located in the city center of Luxembourg. They have little to no internet presence; we literally happened to find this place while strolling the city one day. They are owned by The Chocolate House (which also offers gluten-free croissant and cakes). Marguerite’s is definitely worth looking for because everything inside is gluten-free. They have bread and of course, delicious chocolate and incredible cakes to choose from.

Address: 5 Rue de la Reine, 2418 Luxembourg

Pick 5- Victorine

Victorine is a small chain in Luxembourg, and has so much delicious fresh food to offer. 80% of their food is local and most of it is gluten-free. They have prepared meals, wraps and soups plus amazing baked goods. We had the best tiramisu! There are 3 locations scattered across the city, and we think it’s definitely worth the hunt.

Pick 6 – Oak Bistro

A fan of vegan and gluten-free options? We are, too. With their new menu every day, this lunch restaurant focuses on homemade, amazing quality you can taste. Featuring fresh and tasty ingredients, you need to be sure to check this place out next! They have very limited hours so be sure to check if they’re open before heading out.

Address: 43 Rue Goethe, 1637 Luxembourg

Pick 7 – La Locanda

Delicious Italian and Mediterranean eats with a friendly and inviting attitude, make the restaurant one of the best places to eat while in the city. Of course there several awesome gluten-free options as well. They have a great terrace for the summer months!

Looking from some Brazilian steakhouse in your life, then check out Batucada. This is a steakhouse with friendly staff which can accommodate various allergies.
