One of the best parts about Luxembourg City is its cycle-friendliness for residents and tourists alike. We met with Greg Bianco, Shop Manager and Bike Guide, at the merged companies of Moyocci and Sightseeing.lu and talked all about the available bike tours in Luxembourg City.
The tours follow the bicycle lanes laid through the city streets, into the forest, and even the ancient parts of the city. Being on a bike allows you to visit multiple places in a relatively short period of time, all while being out in the open and immersed in your surroundings.
The tour guides, like Greg, are happy to stop and explain the history and local facts along the way. They will also assist you if you have tire issues or any other malfunctions along the way.
An awesome part about these tours is how customizable they are. They will adjust the difficulty of your chosen tour by picking more or less advanced terrain depending on your previous experience and skill level. Also, if you only want to do an hour-long tour and hit six specific stops within 5-6 kilometers, they will map it out for you and modify it to meet your needs.
The tours can accommodate up to 20 people at a time and they also have a trailer attachment to add-on for biking with young kids or even your dog!
