Early riser or mid morning lie-in?

Definitely early riser. I wake up with my cat with the first songs of the birds outside 🙂

Sunday morning routine?

I like to take morning slow. I normally will take coffee and watch the neighbourhood wake up. Will sit on the balcony if it is warm and sunny. After morning coffee I will prepare breakfast. Normally within the week I don’t eat in the morning so weekends are an occasion for me to do something nice like eggs benedicts, avocado toast or Dutch baby pancake. 

What’s your favourite thing to do in Luxembourg on a Sunday?

Stroll through the city. Sunday is one of the best days for me to take walk as the city is mostly empty. This allows me to take good photos and also enjoy Grund by myself without the crowd.  I love to go to Villa Vauban and just sit in the sun in the chairs that are surrounded by tulips and wisteria.

What do you like to cook on the weekend?

I love to experiment! I will always try to see what I have in the fridge and try to make something good out of it without looking for a recipe! There are some fails but also soooo many nice surprises coming out of this!

If you’re dining out on a Sunday, where are you going?

Definitely a brunch place like La Chatelet or Paname. Brunch is perfect for slow Sunday.

Your favourite Sunday outdoor activity in Luxembourg?

Every Sunday I go horse riding in Findel. Sunday for me is a day to fully relax before the new week starts. So I just take a horse and we go running in the forest or the fields. You feel so refreshed afterwards.

Any Sunday traditions?

Every Sunday I Skype with my family from Poland. Those are the perks of living abroad. So I will take a round of talking to my mom, my cousins, my aunt and catch up on our lives.
