Summer Fashion Trends

Many of you are getting ready to pack that summer suitcase…so here are some of this season’s biggest trends to get you started!

First, there is  the micro trend seen on all the catwalks- evoking memories of 90s grunge, raver vibes and minimalistic style. I think the best way to style this is by adding a touch of 2022! The mini dress from & Other Stories, is colourful with a twist of fun. I completed the look with just two stripes open Dior shoes and a flashy yellow fishnet Longchamp bag. 

Next, there is The Bold Colour trend. For this look, I went for a bold mini dress from Cos, the shoes are neutral to concentrate on the dress and visually elongate the legs. I kept the jewellery simple, as the Gucci classic Jackie 1961 bag is bold in its own right !!

Staying naturally fresh is also perfect throughout the summer, so I decided to play with geometry and the natural flow of lines. The & Other Stories dress is fun and breezy. You can be at ease with yourself and let it flow naturally! The barely there shoes have just enough natural lines to not let you slip off your heels. The bold mini Lady Dior bag with strong lines keeps your belongings in order while you float! 

Daring/sheer, this look is easy to have fun with and Cos listened, the naughty & nice effect is on display with the oversized sheer. You will keep the legs elongated with a minimal Iro heel, yet don’t be fooled as this girl knows how to pull at your heart strings! Just look at that Gucci bag!

Sexy Sequin, cause your girl needs a party! This is a one shoulder sequinned dress from Iro to start, a pair of sophisticated party accessories to finish the outfit, shiny shoes from Sandro and bag from The Kooples.

Y2K is back! Well fashion wise anyway. Keep it cool and easy going with some flared Lacoste jeans, a bold pink spaghetti strap crop top from Sandro, a pink blazer from The Modu Shop and some 2022 platform sneakers from Dior. It is never out of fashion to keep it Tailored. This season keep it light with sweet pastels, a pink coat from Tara Jarmon, pin stripped summer trousers from Sandro and barley there sandals from Iro.

The Leather jacket is not just for autumn and don’t think it is just for bikers, I found this amazing sequinned checkered dress from & Other Stories, to pair with the too cool for Grease Gucci leather jacket and black and white Lacoste slip ons.
