For episode 2 we spent time in the kitchen with Avi Etgar-Holta. Avi prepared some fantastic traditional Israeli dishes including Israeli Tabbouleh Salad, Fish Balls in Cherry Tomatoes, Baba Ghanoush, Matbucha Salad and Hummus.
